Empowering our team with life-saving skills!

Our team took a break from everyday activities to be trained in Basic Life Support, the use of an Automated External Defibrillator, and the provision of First Aid by the Hellenic Rescue Team!

During the seminar, the certified instructors provided us with valuable knowledge to support a cardiac arrest victim by providing Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as well as using an Automatic External Defibrillator until specialized help arrives. In addition, we were taught the resuscitation position and the treatment of drowning.

Many thanks to the experienced trainers for offering us a unique experience that allows us to respond confidently to an emergency and why not to save a life! Under their training, our team managed to receive the International BLS certification from the European Resuscitation Council.
