agroBRIDGES: Regional co-creation workshop in Central Macedonia – Greece

On 1^st September 2021, Q-PLAN organised a digital co-creation workshop, bringing together actors and experts of the agri-food sector of Central Macedonia in Greece.

The findings of the agroBRIDGESproject on good practices, needs and barriers, and existing models of Short Food Supply Chains (SFSCs) in the region were presented.

The participants were actively involved in a fruitful online discussion, which led to the ranking of good practice elements, the identification of the most important barriers including recommendations for possible solutions, and finally the co-creation of improved SFSC business and marketing models.
